Spot a problem downtown?

Tell us here and we'll get it sorted.

If you are within our district, which runs from South Parade and East Queen Street down to Ocean Boulevard, and from Orange Street across to East Street, then you can report a number of issues for resolution.

Thanks for helping keep Kingston's downtown clean.

How it works

We use your phone's location to find the reporting point closest to you. You can also scan a QR code or open the map to pick a point. Both work on any device. You can only report issues within the district.

FAQ

What information do I need to give?

The issue type, at least one photo, and an email address, a phone number, or both. Extra details are optional.

Is the photo required?

Yes. We use the photo to identify the issue so the team can be sent to resolve it without confusion. A description is optional.

Is sharing my location required?

Yes. Your location is required to identify the part of the district where the issue sits. It also feeds the issues map, which shows reporting points and the reports attached to each.

What happens if someone reported the same issue?

Repeated reports are collated on review. Correspondence about the issue is relayed to every reporter.

Will I get a reference number to track my report?

Yes. It is shown after you submit, with a copy button. If you submitted with email, every message about your report includes a private link to its status and updates.

After my report is submitted, how can I view its status?

Open the tracking link in your email, use View report after you submit, or search the reference number on the Track tab.

We need your location to continue.

Share your location so we can match you to the nearest reporting point.

Check your report
